you can loose weight but you won't tone up. so don't expect miracles.
i personally am not a gym lover, so i like to do alot of walking, mainly at the weekends. also my work is physical, so i get alot of exercise while being at work. also i love to surf.
so you should just take up something that you find fun. i did buy a trampete the other year and that is great fun.put some music on and jump and dance away. you don;t have to do a 10 mile jog to loose weight, just do whatever you are comfy with.

It's certainly possible to lose weight if you shift your diet. If you stick with it, you will see results!! However, you won't lose weight nearly as fast or evenly. You might lose weight, but your body might not end up as toned as you may like. Just throw in an extra half hour walk or some sit ups in your routine. There's no need for HUGE adjustments in the exercise department, just add a little extra and you'll be losing weight even faster and looking even hotter!
Congratulations!

If your not lazy just do 30 min of some type of exercise 3 times a week. Along with the diet and exercise you will lose weight faster and be more healthy overall.

Yes you can if you eat healthily.
You don't need to go to a gym or do "vigorous" exercise for it to help you burn off calories.
Even breathing and digesting food burns off calories. Do some sit ups in bed at night, squeeze you bum in when you are in a lift alone a few times, touch your toes.
Every little helps. Just keep moving.
Good Luck!! xx

Hi there Anon!I would just like to say that I am living proof of someone who has lost weight on two or three occasions without doing ANY exercise (seeing I'm one of the worlds most lazy people!!)I have never been really overweight but when I have wanted to lose a few pounds here and there I just eat sensibly, count the calories and cut out the fatty foods - try it for a week or two and you'll see!Obviously exercising does help - but if you have a high metabolism or a lot of nervous energy - you'll burn off the weight anyway!
