reader, anonymous, writes (25 November 2008): Yeah, unless the abortion made you sterile (chances are incredibly incredibly slim.) You should still be using protection unless you're trying for a baby, if you are then you might want help from a doctor but you'll probably be fine. I know someone who had a miscarriage and has since had two children, one of whom is my best mate!

Get yourself checked out by a doctor if you have doubts, or have been having trouble conseiving. It could be something was damged so it's best to be sure.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 November 2008): I miscarried too.More than the physical pain it was the mental trauma that was unbearable.They had to clean my uterus later.I conceived after 5 years.So its possible but you would have to be really careful through out the entire term of pregnancy.

Unless the abortion procedure or the miscarriage damaged your uterus, ovaries, or other reproductive structures, you should still be able to get pregnant. Please see your doctor if you're trying to conceive, just to make sure you won't have any complications. If you think you are already pregnant, get tested, and if you are, make sure you get checkups during your pregnancy. Good luck =]

Yes you can and you can carry a full term pregnancy but it is very important that you go to your prenatal appointments!!
