As long as its only kissing then her parents can't bring the law in. Why not talk to them first about how you feel about their daughter and how you are not thinking of having sex with her at the moment. They may respect you for talking to them about it.

OK first of all. The rules are different in the United States then in Great Britan. Ours are way more strict. If she is past the age of consent then you cant get in trouble. It depends on the state though. Colorado is 12 years of age for example. Some states are higher like 16.
