 You of all people should know what prisoners are like. I am not saying that a person is unable to change, but why take the risk? There are so many men in the world, why take a chance on someone with a bad moral compass? You are better than that.

It depends on the crime he committed. Pedophiles, rapists never trust those. If he murdered someone in a hit'n'run because of drunken driving then it wasnt intentional and he can be reformed. It also depends on if he is remorseful. Also recommend an HIV test in case he was assaulted in prison as many prisoners are (sad but fact).

I'm not sure if you can. People have done before and seem to have got into trouble. Best to ask a solicitor perhaps? Or search up on the internet?
