Bobbyjo agony auntim taking this that you have done another test? If so, then yes you could be pregnant even if the line is very faint. I would wait a few days before doing another one, as the pregnancy hormones increase each day during pregnancy and will give a more stronger result as time goes on. Also, could you not make an appointment with your doctor and take the test along with you and show him? Explain that you dont want a blood test. I am sure that he will be able to reassure and advise you on what to do next x

Well here a pregnancy test is alot cheaper than a blood test when you're not on medi-cal It use to be free for me but since I'm older and don't have medical insurance I'd have to goto a clinic which gives free pregnancy test but charge to do the blood work.

Bobbyjo agony auntyes u may be right, but I did not realise u were from America and as I am from UK it is different becos we get blood tests from our doctors for nothing. I know the blood test for u may be expensive but at least u know that the result it will give will be accurate and there wont be any worrying over whether the test was right or wrong, and then going out and buying another test and so on, which in total would probably cost a lot more than the blood test anyway!! whichever u decide to do I hope it works out 4 u x

Actually it hasn't been on my mind I really forgot about it even though I was still having these symptoms I really thought nothing of them I went out dancing and drinking Since the pregnancy test said negative I thought the symptoms would have disappeared by now but they didn't so its making me want to take another test. I'd rather just wait and take another hpt then to spend 30Dollars on a blood test only to find out that its really negative.

Bobbyjo agony auntUsually, when a pregnancy test shows negative AFTER uve had your period, it does mean negative. I know it sounds sily but you could also be feeling the other pregnancy symptoms simply by believing that you are, as I expect that it has been on your mind alot. The only way to make certain tho is to get a blood test x
