writes:I'm 17 going to be 18 in three months and have a fiance who's 26. We're going to get married in December of this year, right around the time I turn 18. Recently I found out I am pregnant and I was wondering if he could get in trouble with the law, even though I'll actually have the baby when we are married and both of legal age. I live in North Dakota if that matters.

 No he will not get introuble just watch what you do intil you trun 18 i met my husband when he was 24 i was 17 we got married a month after i truned 18 so dont worrie about it just watch what you do intil then!

But your parents WILL find out eventually because you can't hide a baby for long.This wouldn't happen at all where I live because the age of consent is 16, so lawfully you would not be doing wrong.But it's 18 in North Dakota (dimwits), so it's illegal.So keep quiet until you are 18 and then no one can do anything really unless they can prove you had sex before that or if the parents choose to press charges.Flynn 24
