ITMaster is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThe problem Im having is lack of energy and i think it may play a part because when i was excerise and not as stress while i was at college/school/university i had no problem with muscle control and no because of the excerise thing i am but it was helpful Thank You The Realist.

 I do beleive that exercise would have something to do with this but I can't explain why. I think that it may be just overall muscle control.
Sorry I don't have anything else but definitely see how more exercise effects you.
