No not at all.
The menstrual cycle is usually around 28 days. And your highest ovulating time is about half way through, so around 14 days.
I would say your's is roughly around now and the 13th. (I'm just guessing though)
I would also recommend going to your gp and talking to him/her about trying to get pregnant. They will be able to tell your highest ovulating time is and can check you for any health risks for you to get pregnant. Even if you're perfectly healthy right now and have never had any problems, it's still best to get checked.

I just put "ovulation and getting pregnant" into google and found about a thousand articles by experts explaining it all.
Do the same and you should get some info.
Good Luck!! xx
