writes: ok i have a std called chlamidia (not sure if thats how its spelled) ok well im getting it taken care of right now. but isnt it true that that std can make you infertile. how long would you have to have it before it did?

Yes if you don't get treated for it. More than likely if you get on antibiotics and don't have sex with the same person who may have infected you in the first place, you will be fine. You may need to have your b/f get tested and treated as well, otherwise you'll just pass it back and forth.

If you have started treatment, dont be worrying about it, you're doing all you can. can take a long time before it can make you infertile. Its people that leave it untreated for a long time that happens to.C xxxxxx

Chlamydia DOES damage your reproductive organs and has short term and long-term effects on your health. It can make you infertile. You should go to your doctor as soon as possible and get treated. If you have a partner, maybe he needs some treatment, too. Don't waste another minute.
