No offense, but maybe that fear will help you NOT have sex or be more careful the next time. You're way too young to be worried about bringing a life into this world. I work in an ob/gyn office and see young girls who are pregnant or with an awful disgusting STD all the time. So, just remember that when you want to have some "fun" with a boyfriend and have careless sex. There is a lot more that can come with it than just an orgasm. It only takes one slip up to ruin your whole life. Please be careful!!

Sit back and wait for another 3 weeks. Thats all you can do. And buy some condoms and be better prepared for the next time of course. Also read up on contraceptives, sex in general, how babies are made and sexually transmitted desises. Now that you are sexually active you need to know all this information so you know what is out there to better protect yourself.
Never have sex with someone before they have been tested. And always use a condom unless the guy has been tested and you are on birth-control.
Theres something called the emergency contraception as well: http://ec.princeton.edu/emergency-contraception.html
Read up about it. If you knew about this contraceptive before you had sex you could have taken it and wouldn't have had to worry. But, better to know it late than never.
Also understand that in the case that you are pregnant, you will need to see your doctor. If you are wondering about abortions your doctor will give you the information you need about it, and also about pregnancy. You will need to see your doctor shortly after you find out you are pregnant (if you are at all), since you can not wait for too long to have an abortion. Again, it is best to be well-informed before making any decisions.

But i think its just butterflies

Well there could be a chance you're pregnant. He may not have ejaculated inside but pre-cum contains sperm as well which is more than enough to get you pregnant.
All you can do is wait for your period to come, try not to stress yourself out with worry though as this could actually delay your period and make you even more worried. There are some pregnancy tests that can be taken about a week before your period is due.
To prevent future scares like this make sure that both of always carry some condoms with you or get yourself on birth control.

You are only 13 years old soon to be 14 and you are still young. If you dont want to be pregnant you should use protection or be on birth control. At the same time I suggest you buy a pregnancy test to find out whether you are pregnant or not. Next time dont make the same mistake.
