I also agree you should ask but yes... try through clothes first, then after you have determined if she feels comfortable with that you can try going under the shirt and all that good stuff...
Do not just go for the breasts though, I have large breasts and I personally hate it when people just center themselves around them. They are just part of my body, they are just flesh and fat with some erectile tissue.
