 Some of the fleshy parts, such as the clitoris, will swell in a similar (but much less pronounced) fashion. The inside of the vagina will actually relax and change shape, gaining "depth" in preperation for sex. The vagina will also start to secrete lubricating fluids.
Not that you're likely to notice much of this in the heat of the moment, but it's part of why most of the time a little foreplay helps - it gives her body time to lube up.

 Not sure what you're asking. if you're talking about what happens to a girl when she hits puberty, she menstruates; also called getting her period. Once a month of joyous fun!
If you're talking about the sexual side of a female, then girls just get wet "down there" when aroused.
