you can goto the doctor about pimples. a friend of mine had them really bad, he took the medication and they never came back. you say your school doesnt allow make up? i would recommed face powder if you could get away with it. it stops your skin looking greasy and it looks natural. also wth your hair, i have the same problem. have you tried leaving you hair to dry naturally but putting on anti frizz serums and mouse. that way you get lovely natural curls.if that doesn't work for you then i would put you hair up in a pretty clip or changing the way you dry your hair with the hair dryer. an anti frizz hair dryer is best. the way you blow dry it affects the way your have behaves, have you tried getting a section of hair in ur brush, put the hair dryer close to the brush and move the brush and hair dryer downwards, so it's like a straightner.i really do think that the keys to shiny, healthy looking non frizzy hair are in the anti frizz serums which u apply to your hair when wet. one last bit of advice, go into a shopping mall and find a place that sell alot of make ups, skin care products etc and tell them what your facing and what they can advice. they are usually very helpfull and you might be able to get free samples out of it. also, try asking at the hair dressers what they recommend with the type of hair you have. good luck xx

The first thing you should do is go to a dermatologist for your skin, having bad skin is an awful feeling and not one you should have to put up with. In the mean time if your skin is oily get some oil blotting sheets, I think clean and clear might do some.I had the skin problem in high school too and none of the guys I went to school with were particularly interested in me, but I met the most unbelievably gorgeous, smart guy from another school who found me beautiful - so not everyone is as shallow as the guys from school. Plus, when my skin cleared up there was NO shortage of guys, I promise you'll get there too!

1) Dont let them get you down. if they are shallow enough to get put off by oily skin then they arent good enough for you! that said, if you drink enough water and change cleanser that'll probably sort it out.
2) Curly hair is as beautiful as any other kind of hair. like the other ladies said, im sure your school wont mind if you use a conditioner designer for frizzy hair! ditto clear mascara and foundation.
Remember, the most beautiful part of you is your brain!

When I was 13 I had lots of pimples, and my parents had me get braces, so I had a mouthful of metal teeth with rubber bands in them, I felt so ugly then too! But pimples are just a bad part of natural hormonal changes as you get older and they will eventually go away. Don't pick at them as you might scar, but do use some of the recommended products to help keep your skin under control.
I have hair that gets frizzy too, so I use Frizz-ease and some hair spray to keep it under control. It's funny how we want the hair we don't have, I used to pay to get a permanent curl, and a girl I knew who had lovely curly hair would try to iron it to make her hair straight. Make sure you have a good hair cut, and don't fiddle with your hair too much.
Develop your strengths, build your body with sports, feed your mind with study and schoolwork, eat healthy foods and eventually, dear, you will not only be beautiful, you will feel beautiful!

your not allowed straighten your hair? why not that sounds like a ridiculous school rule!! well for your skin, you should invest in some good quality products that are specialised for oily skin - oil free moisturiser etc. try 'Origins' have a great mint facewash that is perfect for oily skin. another great line of products is clinique or dermalogica. you should go to the counter and explain to them what you are looking for and what you want it to do. as for the no make up rule, why not try using a little bit of tinted moisturiser for school? nivea have a really nice one and its not really greasy either. and for your hair you can use frizz ease or other products that tame 'frizzy' hair. but hun just remember that once you are confident, are happy with yourself, and have good friends, the rest will come to you. all 13 year olds go through their own phases, and also your not ugly!!hope this helps, email me if you want more advice xxx

Hi there.i want you to know what u are going through and at some point in life it will get easier.for now lets work on the sele esteem.firstly for your skin you need to drink at least 8 large glasses of water.eat all oily staff with moderation and dont touch your skin with oily and dirty hands.try to avoid touching your skin and pimples.use good products like johnson and johnson ph 5.5 for oily skin.or ponds for oily skin.these are great products.i dont think you need make up to show your beauty but you can use a clear coulored mascara(it works great and your teachers wont detect it unlike the black one) and a slight touch of lip gloss.you can plate your hair.im talking con-rows that can show off your beautiful eyes.try also to exersize.join a sport that u might enjoy.you dont have to be good at it just enjoy the exersize part as its good for your skin and figure.as for the boys,if anyone doesnt like you for who you are and who you will evolve to be "they can go jump in the nearest dumpster!"and you can quote me on this.

Change your pillow cases every couple of days and use a light cleaner on your face if you use a heavy one it strips the natural oils and causes the pores to produce more, a light face lotion helps also after the cleaning. As for your hair there is all kinds of products to help out there discuss your feelings with your mom or an aunt let them help you, what you are going thru is natural and trust me by the time your 16 or 17 everything will change.

Why do you think you are ugly? you are at an age where you are experiencing lots of changes. For your skin you could get something from the chemists for oily skin, make sure you use this daily. Eat a healthy diet, chips etc are alright in moderation but make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Also drink lots of water, approx 8 glasses a day is recommended, you will have an increase in energy and it will do wonders for your skin.

Hi,
What makes you feel you are ugly? I dont think you are.
Dark is beautiful, alot of us tan our skin to get that olive brown tone. I curl my hair sometimes to look different. My face is oily and i add a little white powder when i was in sch. That is different from the brown, make-up ones and they dont show.
Please dont allow anyone bring you down in anyway. What makes them feel they are better than you.If you look carefully, you will find out we are all the same and i bet you are even better looking than some of them!
You have to believe in yourself and develop confidence.let people see you for who you are. People generally make their opinion on what you allow them to believe. Even people that are not the best looking usually come out sexy and gorgeous just cos they reflect that from within. Believe in yourself and people will start too.
Another aspect is personality, the way you interact with people. Is like important to develop that aspect. that is what alot of people are drawn to. No one wants to be close to someone that is gorgeous and nasty. So inner beauty as the other aunt mentions is important. deevlop relationships, get to know what your friends like and ask them about it. find ou what their dreams are and help encourage them. Be an important part in their lives and they will grow to love you.
Take care now and remember everyone is beautiful cos we are all God's creation.
Kelly.

Get some facial cleansers for your oily face. Don't need to buy expensive ones as the cheap ones can also do the job effectively. You need to find the right brand for your skin sensitivity. If they are excessive, you need to see your doctor.
Take less oily and fried foods as they can contribute to your pimple problems.
Eat more green vege's , fruits and drink plenty of water.
You need to feel confident and have a happy disposition.
If you are beautiful inside, you need not worry about your outside, Guys will like you because you are kind, helpful and friendly.
