 Dragonette is right on. If you don't want to do sex toys, try your opposite hand. It does take a lot more time and some practice, but it's totally different.
I'll tell you think right now though... the vibrator is my best friend. I. Freakin'. Love it!! If you have tried one before and didn't like it, maybe try a different one and give it a shot. They're incredible!!
One more thought: if you have a bathtub, run yourself a bath and while the tub is filling up, lie under the faucet and let the water run onto your sweetspot. That's also pretty incredible.  This might sound weird, but if you are right-handed, try using your left hand. It felt totally different for me. More work, but more rewarding.
