I train maybe three or four times a week, as long as i get each body part done in that week that good.
Jiser summed it up pretty good for you.
I find that protein supplements are a good way of building muscle quickly.
try Maximuscle, they are the leading suppliers in sports nutrition, and do some great training vests too.
Keep it up, and good luck

A plant grows from a seed and without nurture it will surely die.
You will start to see results after a couple of months, depending if you train right, eat right and sleep right.
1) Train one body part a week unless one is lagging etc, listen to your body. i.e.
- Chest/tri (mon)
- Shoulders/abs (tues)
- Back/bis (thurs)
- Legs (fri)
2) Eat 6-8 meals a day
3) Sleep right
4) It takes a long time, this is why people leave. After a while it will turn into habit. I love weight lifting, keeps me on a high, specially since i split with my ex, makes me feel so much better.
5) Keep training and dont give up.
6) www.teenbodybuilding.com (visit this and read!!!!) devour the info on this site. good luck, pm me if u need any help
