 IF you are worried about a medical issue you should consult a qualified medical professional.
Women sometimes spot after sex if it was rough.
women can spot from implantation bleeding (meaning you are pregnant)
women can spot from ovulation or other hormonal imbalances.
the best thing to do is seek qualified competent medical help. In other words, call your doctor.

 Well it could be the vaginal wall that may be irritated, it could be that you may have chlamydia, you might want to go to a doctor as soon as possible.
