How about a cork?
Only joking. My boyfriend suffer's exactly the same, he has IBS. You could go to the doctor and he may be able to prescribe something to help. There are lots of diets that you can follow as well that might also help.

I used to have this when sitting exams, and it was a really big help, in the short run. I also had hypnotherapy, which isnt some weird freaky thing at all, just a way to go into deep relaxation and overcome fears by thinking about them while you are very relaxed. And that totaly helped me! I went from having diarrhoea, throwing up, not sleeping or eating for days before exams to butterflies in my stomach and that was it!
:-D
Maybe something like that would work for you? :P

Have you tried speaking to your doctor? It is probably just nerves but stress can be a trigger for things like IBS and IBD's. Minus using over the counter stuff there is not a lot I can reccommend, minus maybe seeing someone about how to handle stressfull situations. If you feel calmer you may not have so many problems. Good luck

You can try fasting during the day for a few days before the big events.
Fasting can rid your body of toxins and clean your insides.
