She wasn't really turned on that much and I think it was building tension to our break up, would this play a factor in why we weren't having sex? We had a pretty good sex life before hand though and it totally flipped, should I be worried about anything now like did she leave me for another guy or was the break up genuine?

Theres still some unanswered questions here my friend. What if any, were the other factors in your breakup? Did the relationship just go cold? If the only answer you have is that she just wasnt being turned on by you anymore then maybe it is sex related. That doesnt mean it was another man exactly. She must have had some parting words for you. Didnt she give any reasons? If she didnt give you a good reason why she left and she just walked away Id say good riddance.
