Coz I realized, if you want to pay me, you had paid me a long time ago. You can find ways for that. Maybe you have something in your mind why you don't want to pay me. I actually feel bad what it might be. Anyway, I can earn this amount again. I will just consider it as money given to charity. What do you think guys? Is this Ok? In your opinion is this very emotional? Anyone is welcome to edit my message. Thanks so much everyone.

It really depends on how much money he owes you and if you can afford to write it off.
Though choosing to write it off like this is an unusual step to take I think it could be a valid one if you can afford to do so and trying to get him to pay is causing you more emotional stress than it is worth.
If you can't afford to do so then perhaps see what legal action you could take - I am not familiar with the American legal system but here in the UK there is the small claims system so maybe there is something similar?
As for the message, I don't think it is overly emotional. Under the circumstances I would take the point of view that you are entitled to say whatever you like anyway!
