I don't know what my husband is doing or who he's with and it's driving me crazy!

I have been with this man for 2 years married one year. He is a very smooth talker. until people starting telling me things about him. That he has been with plenty of women, Im is third marriage a couple long term relationships. his wifes left him however all the women hes been with he be in the relationship for a few months while looking for someone else. Is his m.o. I married this man why he wanted to marry me i dont know anyways i feel hes cheated more than once a month after we were married he said he didnt want me i left hes looks for me tells me how much he missed me i left again its been 8 days i havent heard nothing from him i just have that feeling when i would ask him he would get angry with me call me ugly names and accuse me i didnt know what i was talking about i also have a strong feeling he his bisexual i dont know if hes playing or not he says he was but he started telling me he liked men then he said he was lying. he also said why he never gets on top of me i think he has been with men. he also brags all he can have anyone he wants cause hes casa nova i changed my lifestyle for this man and i do love him and its driving me crazy not knowing what hes doing or who hes with by the way we were living at mommies hes 54 and i am 43 im in desperate need for some advice
