First month you are supposed to use additional protection because the bc hasn't built up yet. Also, you should always eat before taking bc when you start- the hormones will mess with you if you don't and make you sick. After awhile it won't be necessary, but for now yes. You are supposed to take a pill immediately after throwing up to provide protection..
Overall, you just seemed very naive. The pill just doesn't suddenly provide protection. And every time you miss or throw up a pill, you need to use alternate protection for at least 1-2 weeks before you are protected again.

First of all, when you start the pill, you're not protected for the first month. It's only after the first month that it works. Second, whenever you miss a pill or vomit it up, you should use additionally protection for that month just to be on the safe side. So yes, there's a good chance that the pill will not be doing much good at the moment.

There is a small chance yes. First of all, if you completely skip 1 pill, you should never take 2 at the same time. Secondly, vomitting can stop the pill from working. Once either of these things happen it will take around 1-2 weeks for the pill to start working again, depending on the type of pill your taking.
