Did he ask his 18-year old brother? He sure is quick to believe this tale. Maybe it's just an excuse to break up with you, since he won't even listen to reason, or simply ask his own brother. (Was it his brother that told him you were cheating? Maybe his brother wants to date you and wants his brother out of the way). The obvious thing to do would be find out the truth. Why isn't he trying to do that if he cares about you? If he persists with this accusation, I'd say you're better off without him. He sounds really immature, with serious trust issues.

Let him go. If he can't trust you and trusts someone else without any proof, then he's not all that good at all. Be brave and let him go. You will find a guy who does love you and will trust you.
