U r oficially a couple when you and him are both in a closed relationship with eachother. This means that you both no longer see other people. You have to have a sit down and talk this over extensively with your partner before making this pact. Set up sme ground rules and just put all your cards on the table. I think this would work best.

That is basically up to the two of you. I usually make a joke/not joke about them having to ask me if I want to be their GF. Until then we are just having fun and no rules allowed. This, of course, when I know there is something going on and I want to take it to the next level. Good luck!
