Actually this is a very common problem that a lot of people face, I had this one not too lon ago. U r oficially a couple when you and him are both in a closed relationship with eachother. This means that you both no longer see other people. You have to have a sit down and talk this over extensively with your partner before making this pact. Set up sme ground rules and just put all your cards on the table. I think this would work best.

Minelisse agony auntThat is basically up to the two of you. I usually make a joke/not joke about them having to ask me if I want to be their GF. Until then we are just having fun and no rules allowed. This, of course, when I know there is something going on and I want to take it to the next level. Good luck!

when you are more than just friends.

you kiss hold handes exc.

you both only see each other, would be hurt if the other person went on a date with someone else...

or when you have the discusion and both decide to take the relationship to the next level.
