Don't make excuses for them, don't bring them up because you're self-conscious, any of that. If the topic comes up naturally, or someone else brings it up, just play it off like it's a temporary thing (because it is).

Some of the cutest girls I've know have had acne and I still thought they were just lovely. Just smile, laugh, be comfortable with yourself and guys will love you too. (Though if you like, acne medication doesn't hurt if it will boost your confidence.)
