Now I don't masturbate more than twice a month. But when I ejaculate, I feel strain in my legs especially the right leg but it goes away the next day after a good sleep. Is that normal? Will working out my legs solve this problem? Are my legs weak????

There's nothing wrong with you at all. It's just tension being releaed as you ejaculate. You're fine and healthy.

Nothing to worry about.. and dont worry about masturbating either.. its perfectly natural. Next time you are masturbating mentally scan your body for areas where you are tense.. you maybe tensing the muscles in your legs while you are doing it. Find the tense spots and let the tension go!
