Of all those girls that do orgasm from vaginal penetration it doesn't happen every time. Girls just aren't built that way. It can depend on size of penis, mood, situation, position, type of sex, emotional feeling for the guy and a whole host of other factors.
Most girls just can't orgasm from penetration at all, no matter how big the penis.
OP as I said girls aren't wired like us, we pretty much orgasm every time. They don't. Just remember though that it doesn't mean it isn't very pleasurable for them anyway. While climax is the ultimate goal penetration still feels really good for them and if they haven't reached climax during that time then just make sure you give them that during after-play.
Something else to remember. Most girls I have dated just didn't want an orgasm every time we had sex. Sometimes women just want to have sex for sex's sake and not reach full climax. They want the pleasure and some sex but not go all the way again that depends on mood.

reader, anonymous, writes (3 April 2011): I would say technically it would be nice to orgasm every time and rightly we deserve to.True be told we dont...many fake it, I fake it.However my bf is amazing and makes sure that i do first and then he usually comes when i do(most likely because im a loud individual), unless he wants a release then he couldnt care less about me...im just his object =/situation and size doesnt really matter btw, however mood that can sometimes have an effect but most will not have sex if not in the mood and if they do, they probably dont care whether they orgasm or not.

In simple form, no - girls don't have to orgasm while having sex. Some women orgasm a lot, others have never experienced it before. It's good to get to know the girls body, what does it for her, and what doesn't. I didn't orgasm until my boyfriend used his fingers to figure out what's good for me. Also, sometimes fingers can hit a spot a penis can't...so it doesn't even necessarily have to be through full sex!Different girls like different things - but they usually do need to be turned on to orgasm...And it's not how big it is, it's what you do with it that's important!Hope this helps!
