Answer to your question: Its not necessarily true.
The reason I am saying this is I am an Asian man and have been in relationships with Asian and Caucasian women and did not find correlation in ethnicity and vaginal tightness.
Another opinion from a friend--
Asian women tend to have fewer partners than other women. Probably this makes their partner feel she is tighter as she hasn't stretched herself with different penises.
Just wondering...
Is the question you have asked really what you want answer for? or are you going to draw some conclusion for another question?? I would want to know...

 I don't know the stats about female genitalia sizes in the different races- I don't even know if there are any studies about that .
But I do know that yes, statistically the average Asian penis is a few millimiters shorter than the Caucasian or Black one. So, from an evolutionary point of view, it would make sense that if the male of a race is slightly smaller, the female should be too. But let's not forget anyway that we are talking about differences measured in millimeters !- fractions of fractions of inch.
I am not even sure such a difference would be perceivable by such an unscientific instrument like a penis....

 I think it would be hard to find a guy who has been with a randomly sampled, statistically significant number of asians and other races in order to compare - particularly given that, if he *believed* they would be tighter, he would likely perceive them as tighter, too. His memory would not be very useful.
That last point is probably more significant than the reality. People tend to remember things as a combination of reality and their expectations of reality. It's why witness statements are the most unreliable form of evidence. If he believes it, he'll experience it.
I will say that the one asian girl I've dated was the most giving, affectionate, and selfless person I've ever dated (though I never slept with her, family values and all that), but that's not exactly something I'm willing to generalize. Maybe it carries over into bed, and combines with the "expectation" of tightness to make a better experience.

Your friend is seriously mistaken or pulling your leg. A woman's size, big boned or petite have nothing to do with the size of her vagina.
PS: and just in case you ever wondered, if a woman has a box of large size tampons in her bathroom, that only indicates how heavy her menstral flow is on one day one or two, not the size of a her vagina either.
I knew a guy that used to look for them everytime he started dating a new girl, because he believed that one thing related to the other for years until someone set him straight. Which to me is no better than a girl looking for a guy with really big feet... lol
