writes: im on the 2nd day of my missed period and have these little sharp pains that come and go and last about 2 seconds or so each time in what feels like my left ovary. I took 4 hpt's, 2 I took last week and 1 on jan 1st and the last one yesterday and all negative.. is it still too early to tell.Could I be Pregnant? also I had unprotected sex 3 times on dec 20th and my last menstrual dot was dec 6 ..was the 20th my estimated ovulation time?I am ALWAYS regular.. never had an issue with irregularities of any kind... Im so confused and making an appointment but won't be seen for like 3 weeks ..and that's the soonest.. Ladies that have experienced this ,please tell me your outcome. Im not ruling aything out from pregnancies to cyst, for my conscience I just want to narrow it down some and put my mind at ease.

I still say have an GYN do an ultra sound and check for abnormalities. It can be benign, but very painful.

You may be experiencing a fallopian tube pregnancy. Not common but possible and can be dangerous because it's not designed to carry a baby, so it will burst and bleeding and complications can ensue. Have your doctor give you a pregnancy test and ultrasound if necessary, to make sure the fetus is not growing in one of your fallopian tubes.

It could be cysts. (benign ones that is)
Go see your doctor/gyno and have a blood test of you are in doubt, the cysts can be seen on an ultrasound. Some pregnancy test can give false positive/false negative but a blood test never lies.
Get it done so you don't have to worry.

If you had unprotected sex, yes it is possible. Might be worth going to the doctor for a check up.
