 I felt like this too when I was your age, and I hadn't yet kissed a guy, my first was when I was 17..
But, once I met him, everything came naturally :] and it will do so for you, so don't worry :]
and about the fear, and confidence, once you meet that special someone, you may be shy at first.. everyone is, but he will too most likely, and once you've known each for a little longer, you will both be so confident with each other, you'll be wondering why you were worrying!
