 You have to believe in yourself, if you dont believe then you will never over come it.Wake up in the moring and say to yourself 'i am a great person and i am confident', so that is in your mind and you can go to school still believing!Then i would take it in stages first talk to one person then two then maybe three, build up to overcoming it!Tell me how it goes on!Good Luck x

I don't have any advice how to over come it. All I can say is do it now. I am 28, was just like you, and still today I can't get passed it. Life for the shy sucks. Escape it while your young.
