writes: My boyfriend and I had doggy style sex for the first time Friday night, that day I had walked 12 miles at our local park plus put in a 1hr 1/2 work out that morning. Saturday I was starving at work, so I tried to eat a bite of something to keep me from passing out but my first bite made me feel completely full and almost bloated. Continued all day, I did another long work out and stayed with him again last night and we did it again. It's a central abdominal pain, doesn't feel like a muscle pain though, Ive taken IBUprofin and its not relieved it. I've tried eating small portions of things but my stomach gets a slightly bloated and yet acidic feeling at the same time, like Im still really hungry and need to absorb the acid in it with food but bloated at the same time. Any suggestions on what this could be?

rae_rae is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks for the replies! I forgot to mention that I am 1)dieting to lose the last few pounds before summer and 2)was taking a supplement that called for 8-10 glasses of water a day, I started the pills Friday and have not been drinking water period. Managed to eat a whole meal and feel fine, apparently I was starving myself too much and when I tried to eat a little, it backfired.

Drink plenty of water and try to eat a little. If there isnt an improvement within the next day or so, you are still getting pain and cant eat. Then you should visit your doctor and have it checked.

All the exercise is probably why your feeling not so hungry or cant eat as much
