Sophia_Sweetheart agony auntWhatever you do, if it involves putting it in an item of food where she can't see it, make sure she doesn't crack a tooth! That happened to a friend of mine. Not romantic...

It depends on what she likes. If she likes wild or things that are unique, smart, sometimes over the top, then I have

some ideas. You could bake a cake or go to the bakery and tell them you would like a beatutiful whatever kind of cake

she likes and it could say 'will you marry me'?Or you could

write a poem saying how much you love her and at the end,

it could say,'will you marry me'?Or you could take her on a boatride in a river or lake and propose.Whatever you think is romantic but not boring.Congratulations!

I would advise against the ring in the glass/fortune cookie thing - it's such a cliche. Your woman is one in a million, I'm sure, so you wouldn't want to propose to her in such an unoriginal way. Propose in a way that has meaning to your relationship. Is there a place that's very special to the two of you? Somewhere you've spent a wonderful time or both want to go to? Do it there. Is there a hobby the two of you share? Figure out a way to incorporate that hobby into your proposal. You get the idea...

Congratulations to you. How about some ballons with the message "will you marry me?" I'm sure you can order them online.

I think this is something that you need to decide. You know her best. Could you take her to where you first met to pop the question? Or a nice weekend away would be lovely. Maybe somewhere shes mentioned she'd like to visit one day. I once heard of a man taking his girlfriend to a cinema and they displayed a message on the screen lol Whatever you decide make sure it is spectalucar!

Good luck xxx

To make it really romantic and special, work around what she likes. Say, for example, if she likes looking at the stars take her on a late night picnic where there's a great view of them (even if just to the back yard!).

Plan ahead of what you want to say. Make sure you know EXACTLY what you want to say then you don't stutter on any words. And don't rush your speech.

Good luck!

you could take her to a fancy resteraunt and ask the desk to put the ring in the bottom of a glass of champaigne, when she went to drink it she would see it in there. i knew a guy that took his girl to a chinese resteraunt and asked them to insert her ring inside of a fortune cookie that she broke open after dinner. awesome.... or maybe take her to the place you first met, and just get down on your knees and propose. there are so many things. think about it for a long time cause it will be one of the most important days of her life
