It's painful for me to do anything else, it always feels like he hits a certain spot and it's the most painful thing ever. My question is, what are we doing wrong? Are there any physical defects I could have that would cause it? Please help, I don't want him getting bored. Reply to this Question Share |

Thanks for the follow up answer!
Hmm, you said lubrication is a problem, maybe you need to try one of the personal lubrication products to help?
Doggy style is kind of one of my personal favorite positions, but the position is more that just being on your hands and knees. Chest lowered down, with you on your elbows rather than you being way up with your tailbone tucked down might help.
As far as you being on top, you don't actually need to spread your thighs all the way in a 180 position over him. Knees a little bit together, your hands on his chest, arch your back a bit.
Well that's all the advice I've got for now. I still think you should have a doc check you out to make sure there isn't something else going on for you.
All the best!

This results in the uterus not being able to move far enough out of the way when the woman is aroused for a penis to get passed if it is long enough. It doesn't have to be too long for this to happen. The penis is more lokely to strike the cervix with this condition. My wife has a slightly tipped uterus and a lot of positions used to hurt her when I was younger and a bit longer than now. Doggie was definitely one of them. Missionary and cowgirl would work fine. Any position where the woman is bent over and the guy is entering from the rear is difficult with this condition. Google "tipped uterus" for more info. I think there are ways to correct this condition if this is your problem. See your ob/gyn for your problem.

Kitty18 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionAlright, well, thank you. :3 We have tried doggy style, was really uncomfortable. Then we tried me on top, that hurt too because his hips are wider than my thigh span, but that's another story. We've tried sideways too, but that didn't work out either. I dunno if this matters but I naturally don't produce much lubrication when excited, and I've only had a g spot orgasm once. And as for his size, he's average, not too big, definitely.

Kitty, please go see your doctor. It isn't normal to have painful sex -- missionary position or not-- and you may have an anatomical issue or an infection or something. But we are not trained medical experts...
This is one for the gynecologist, I think.
All the best, and take care of yourself!

Well, how many positions have you tried? There are many to choose among, and many variations. Have you just tried "doggie"style as an alternative? That position is actually uncomfortable for many women, but there are also some interesting and enjoyable variations on missionary.
A good source for learning more is "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Kama Sutra," or similar sources, which will illustrate you a variety of intercourse positions. You can search for info online as well.
You could always have a medical check out, of course, but if your friend is long or large, he may be striking your cervix with the head of his penis, which is painful to many women. You may be a little small or "shallow," and Kama Sutra details these issues as well. Best wishes.

Well, first, if it just hurts a little, you might just need to get used to it? If it REALLY hurts, go to the doctor. Have you ever had a yearly? I dont know, but it did kind of hurt at first for me, too, but not agony, just a little bit.Hope this helps?Dida
