writes: My boyfriend and I spend every night together, sharing a small twin dorm bed. He's a really heavy sleeper and I'm a really light one. I've been having a TON of trouble sleeping through his moving around since he likes to roll into the middle of the bed within an hour of falling asleep. We've tried spooning but the person doing the spooning usually gets uncomfortable having an arm up. We really like spending the night together so separating really isn't a good option. I have to agree with the post below. Lack of sleep can put a lot of strain on a relastionhip and on your work, so you'd be better off spending the evening with him, then going to youw own room later.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 October 2009): Sleep in your own room. There is no way two people can get any sleep in a twin bed.....so after you fool around if you want to sleep, get up, get dressed and go back to your own dorm room. Sleep is important to get through school.
