Not at all. It all depends on her reasons for not wanting you to touch her feet, and your reasons for wanting to touch them. If it's simply a comfort thing, then that's overcome with time and building trust. If you have a foot fetish, and she hates her feet being touched, this relationship is doomed. It all depends on how extreme your desires are.

Give her time, show her acceptance. Some people just really hate their feet being touched though. You need to respect that. If feet are your thing, and definitely aren't hers, then you two aren't meant for each other.
