I think it is a really bad idea for you to do that. Obviously you feel really insecure about keeping him, but this will not do anything to make your marriage more secure. It will just humiliate you.

Bad idea to do a threesome then, it will disgust you, you will be insecure and you'll always wonder why he is not satisfied with you.
Bad idea to be so desperate to keep a man, you loose respect for yourself because your willing to do anything to keep him. This won't make him stay, it will only allow him to use you like a toy. Men stay because they love you, not because do anything they say.

i have in the past said try it as long as you are ok with it and can live with it in the future. but i feel form the way you asked you don't want to. would you consider mfm and do you think he would if you think he wouldn't ask him about that option and see what he thinks.

 i think you should tell him that you have not been with a girl before and you dont have any interest in them, say that your honored that he wants you in it, (which means he still loves you alot, and just wants to be turned on by you) but tell him it would be better if it was two other women.
