My boyfriend and i tried anal before vaginal and now i am afraid that when we have vaginal sex it won't feel as good for him.  He won't stop loving vaginal, trust me. I somewhat doubt that he'll even prefer anal, but some guys do. Either way, it will not be a letdown.
Focus on maintaining a mutually satisfactory sex life - if you give him what he wants, then he'll give you what you want, in whatever combination of anal or vaginal that is. So long as everyone is getting what they want, and enjoying the act of giving what is wanted, life is good.

I was a bit skeptical myself the first time my boyfriend and I went to try anal, I was afraid maybe he'd not want me vaginally afterward because it could feel better for him, anal being tighter and all. But that wasn't the case, he did love it, and so did I, but he loved having sex with me vaginally afterward too. I asked him which he preferred and he happily told me vaginally was his favorite, without missing a beat. So I think it's really up to people's different preferences. Have you talked to your boyfriend about it? I think communication is a good way to fixing things.
