Trust me doctors don't judge their patients, that's why they choose that profession.
Now stop making excuses and tell him everything or you will become very very ill!

Telling the doctor some of it is not enough! Write everything you are feeling down and take the note to your doctor with you. Then he can actually read exactly what you are feeling.
Telling a doctor half a story means he'll only do half a diagnosis!

You've actually told the doctor all about this?

Well technically it is not an eating disorder until you actually make yourself sick after eating. The typical behaviour of a bullimic is to binge (eat a huge amount of food) and then out of disgust for their actions they will purge after eating (throw up all the food until there is nothing left in the stomach).
With you saying you dont like to eat, this doesnt sound like an eating disorder. Generally someone with an eating disorder still likes food but they hate their body so much that they cannot bear the effects that food has on their body, so to control this they either wont eat at all (anorexia) or they will throw up after eating to get rid of all the calories and fat before they can be absorbed into the body (bullimia).
You havent given enough detail for me to say whether or not you have an eating disorder and you have not said what the doctor's opinion was - what did you go to the doctors for?
You could do with mentioning if you are underweight, have thrown up after eating before, how much you eat daily, what foods you tend to eat, how you feel towards your body etc.
There are a huge number of websites with information on eating disorders on there, www.edauk.com is a very useful site where you can find more information. If you feel you are displaying symptoms then go back to the doctor, try a different doctor if you've had no luck with a doctor in the past.
Just make sure you know how serious an eating disorder is and that they can kill you. If you are really concerned then you have to go to the doctor.
I hope this helps!
