 Give him a chance, hun. He is right. Getting to know a person first is part of a trusted relationship for the better.

Give him a shove and make him open up. Maybe, if you help him open up, you wont just find new things out about him but also yourself.
he might however, just be a bore all his life, but thats what dating is all about right?
