writes: Hey all My question is really how unreasonable or as the case may be reasonable. The situation is that ive been with my boyfriend for awhile now (nearly a yr) and at the beginning saw him loads and obviously that wears off which i initated as i didnt want to grow sick of him since i really like him. But im very stressed at the moment due to my final year exams and im living on my own for the time being. So i wanted to see my boyfriend a bit more as im feeling very lonely and need to escape from the revision from time to time. But getting hold of him is so difficult hes either having naps coz he stayed up too late the night before or playing computer games. So i got very emotional today and just feel as though im gonna start pushing him away which i dont want to do. All i want is for him to just be there even if its just a phone call where he doesnt sound as though hes half asleep. Am i being unreasonable???

So tell him that. He won't know you feel this way until you tell him that you do. And make it clear you need him there for you. Men aren't great at sussing out when women feel bad or when they need support, because women assume that men will just know. If you need him, tell him just that and see what he says.
