Now, depending on where you live...sex with your cousin can be illegal.

Ask her which is better. She will probably ask you if you are having sex or are thinking about it. Of course, tell her you are not. From there, basically just talk to your mom a lot about sex and ask her a bunch of questions about sex. Be sure to mention the word "sex" a lot when you talk to her. That is the imporant part. Even like at dinner, you can say something like, "Please pass the fish sex-I mean fish stick! Please pass the fish stick!" Or, "Sex more weeks 'till Christmas!" ("Sex" and "six" are easily interchangeable for all kinds of fun.) Your mom will get the idea. She will probably bring up the idea herself of putting you on the pill. Simply because I want to wait for the right person. Virginity is something a girl has once in a life time. Once you lost it, there's no way you'd have it again. So it's better to think about it again. Deciding when is the right time for you to have sex is one of the important matters you'll have to make on your own. Do it in the rigt time, and with the right person.You are only 13 and you'll meet a lot of wonderful guys anytime. It's not like I'm saying your cousin is not wonderful, it's just that he's your family. Think anout the emotional damage. Although some teens understand how sex can affect them emotionally, many don't — and this can lead to confusion and deeply hurt feelings later.Keep in mind, that everyone's opinion about this matter is different. Honestly, I don't think you know what sex involves. It changes your life. Once you've done it theres no going back. And you're only 13, don't throw your life away, wait for the right boy to come along and then do it.
So yeah, I would say you're too young to even think about having sex.

When you're older, you'll find someone who isn't related to you, who will have condoms and yourself will be able to access birth control. Stop living in la la land - keep your legs closed. Having sex with your cousin is incest. Incest is illegal. It's normal to feel a sort of "attraction" or "admiration" for a family member, but taking it to a physical or even overly-emotional level is just wrong.
