So the only time i can talk to him is on facebook.i have read a few "cheating signs" online and one says that if his apperance changes that's a sign of cheating well my boyfriend i know this might be TMI but a while back i told my boyfriend he should shave down there cause it was kinda gross. he said no cause it would be itchy. well today he finally did. he also has a little tiny beard/go tee thing and i've been trying to get him to shave that as well and he never did, but today he said he was going to cause his friend bought him a exspensive razor just to shave it off. he said his friend told him that he would buy it for him if he shaved it, his friend is a guy..He stayed the night with me last night and he was kinda grouchy he said he was sleepyAlso this may also be TMI but i stayed with him Saturday and Sunday and on sunday we was doing sex and i was on top. and i don't know why but as we was doing it i stopped cause it felt weird i don't know if its cause i'm starting to have real low confidence in the way i look (weight wise).i have told my boyfriend a few times that i was gonna start dieting and he said that he liked me the way i was.My point is am i paranoid that he is cheating or does it sound like he is cheating

Jury's out on this one. There isn't enough here at all to prove that he's cheating. I admit though that having a 'friend' buy a razor is a bit weird.
Perhaps instead of worrying whether he's cheating, you should take a real look at the relationship and decide whether it's working out for you. Maybe this is a sign that it's not working and you might need to move on or something.

He has no phone but he has internet? Does he work? Go to school? Have Parents? Does he live alone? Is there a landline? (personally I could never live without a landline and I’m amazed at how many folks don’t have them but they tend to be younger so if he lives with his parents I’m betting there is a phone)
RED FLAG #1!
HIS FRIEND bought him an expensive razor? Why would a guy friend do that?
RED FLAG #2
And yet then you go on to say you spent the entire weekend with him and you have low self-esteem….
What OTHER things make you think he’s cheating???
