You can develope other infections and condiditons that are not classified as STD/STI's but can pose serious threat to your health. Look into autoimmune hepatitis, gay bowel syndrome, IBS, and anal/rectal cancer. You'll see that anal sex, especially unprotected anal sex, can easily lead to any of these diseases mentioned. Even protected anal sex can lead to non infectious conditions for the one being penetrated such as fissures, hemorrhoids, fistulas and prolapse.

Hi you can only get an STD or STI (sexually transmitted infection)if the person that you have sex with is already carrying a STD/STI.
If you had anal and then vaginal sex without washing/cleaning his penis after the anal sex, then you may pick up an bacterial infection in yr vagina.
Hope this clarifies yr confusion
