Dr. Mephisto agony auntWhat you're experiencing is actually 'pre-coitus', which is when your body is building up to the release of endorphins which is systematic of an impending orgasm. My suggestion is to continue until your sensations reach an unbearable 'high', which would include shortness of breath, uterus contractions, and a heat flush.

When you are engaging in sex and feels like you have to pee (even if you already went to the bathroom before sex) it is that all the feelings are from the g-spot! And sometimes you might flow like a river!

I can tell you the sensations that I get before I have an orgasm is: First I have this flushed sensation in my head and face. followed by tingly feeling all over. After that I get very intense contractions in vagina/uterus area!

I hope that this helped you

Good Luck!

CarrieMagdelene agony auntHey! I agree with the rest--It's very difficult for some women to tell. Likely, if you keep at it, even though you think you've had an orgasm, maybe you'll experience a more deep, vivid, and more powerful pleasure. If this occurs, you know that the previous sensitivity and pleasure was climax. Keep at this for a few intercourses to see if it's a sexual climax or an orgasm. A climaz does not really involve the same muscles as an orgasm, just the feeling mostly. It may be an amazing feeling, last a moment, and then gradually fade away. An orgasm is usually your entire pelvic region clenching up and releasing after a few seconds, and the release part is usually the feeling of the orgasm. Hopefully this helps! Have fun testing it out, and enjoy life! -Carrie

A reader, anonymous, writes (7 January 2007):

Oh, OK, yeah, I think you are having a G-spot orgasm, it is not really a spot, but usually the area we are referring to is on the front wall (on the top side) of the vagina around 2 inches inside and can produce some very erotic feelings accompanied by a lot of fluid....it feels great, not the same thing as the orgasm I was referring too (my personal favorite) but will produce some of the same feelings....being a woman is so great isn't it? We have such a variety in the way we can achieve sexual release....like someone said, why be all that concerned if it feels great to you and you are enjoying sex and the bonding experience it creates with your other, then that is all you need....really

A female reader, Amethyst United States +, writes (7 January 2007):

Amethyst agony auntIt's really hard to tell, since everyone is different and everyone is going to react differently. Eventually, does the feeling suddenly die? If so, I'd say you're one of the lucky ladies that gets multiple. From some recent research I did, it also sounds as if you have a g-spot. It's said that you can acheive "hours of pleasure" from the right contact with one, and a female form of ejaculation comes (that would explain pee feeling, since the spot is on the wall in the direction of your bladder).

I really am lacking in experience for this sorta topic, but as long as you're enjoying it, does it really matter whether it's the full thing or not? ^.~

Good luck!

A reader, anonymous, writes (7 January 2007):

You will feel some very intense contractions in your uterus and if it is sufficiently strong enough in your anus, there is no mistaking that you are having one, it is pretty hard to tell from your words if you are just close or getting the full thing, but I don't think you would be asking if you did have the full blown orgasm, it is an intense release and the feeling of needing to pee usually subsides after you have it....what ever you are doing don't stop until you are near screaming and you have got it. Whew!

DocSilverback agony auntI would say yes you are. You are getting more and more sensitive in that area because you are having multiple orgasms...whew. Whatever you or someone else is doing, you might want to share with others..haha.
