I often see girls caked in make up or just of a certain persona and they really repulse me but that could just be my conservative side. I've never had sexual intercourse or really got very close emotionality to people I meet. Would you say I am gay?

 I'd say you're young and just now trying to figure out your sexuality. You might be gay or maybe bisexual. You should try dating a little and exploring what it is that you really like. Just remember, love is blind and sees no gender. So, it is perfectly fine to feel an attraction to men or to feel an attraction to both sexes. So, be confident and get out in the dating world so you can find your happiness! :-)

 I'd say you MIGHT be bi-sexual, if you find that you get physically aroused by girls. If you find that they are not really attractive, other than aesthetically pleasing, then you're probably gay.
BUT
You can't be sure (especially at your age) until you act upon your desires.
When you do, regardless of which sex you get involved with, you'll probably be terrified. This is normal, just go with it, the fear eventually wears off. If you are not sure of which sex you are attracted to... try both. You'll eventually figure out which way you lean... but it sounds to me like you might be leaning more towards the bi/gay side than towards the straight side. Google: Kinsey Scale
