There is nothing wrong with dating somebody who is older than you. My grandparents are 10 years apart and they have been marred for like 49 years.
As long as you happy go for it. And make the most of your time together

I dont think there is anything wrong with the age gap you have if you are fixing to turn 18 . dont worry about what others think and if you Love him go ahead do so freely and dont feel guilty .

Hello there, a 10 year age difference is not much, my sister married a guy 14 years older, he has 3 kids by his exwife. They seem really happy together, and he takes care of her too. Im dating a guy 12 years older then myself, he happens to be devoiced, sometimes i think or feel that i mean nothing to him, as he is pull hurting that he wife left him in such a horrible way. Although i mean the world to him and he means the same to me. If you really love him wait 4 years to get married to him. I believe age is just a number, older not younger.

Love has no boundaries. Age does not matter. How old is Tom Cruise 45 and Katie Holmes 26?
As long as you are consenting adults and as long as you genuinely love each other then where is the age gap?
People denounce and even mocked at age gap because they envy oh yes deep in their hearts I should be the one right there. But they cant, so they have this crab like mentality.
The time to marry is not measured in years, months and days. What is important is love. There could be a marraige but there is an absence of love. Love is important and that should be your focus.
