 Of course people still masterbate when they have partners, even people who have been married for years. Obviously waiting for the sex or whatever rather than masterbating will proberly equal better sex, but temptation is far too easy to give in with this sort of thing.
i lost my virginity when i was 14 so i cant tell you your too young, but considering your only 15, make sure you know what your doing, safe sex is good sex!

Some people find their desire for masturbation vanishes when with a partner, other people find it is still there. Some people hate the thought of their partner masturbating, while others find it a huge turn on to watch them do it!

You can do what ever you like in a relationship.
Better to masturbate at home than to do stuff with your boyfriend, and go too far and end up pregnant.
Do stuff with your boyfriend but keep it limited. You know what you are ready for and what you will risk if you start having sex now.
