Hi. I do the same thing. I'm not sure what it is but it is some what allarming. The only thing I can say is now that I am older I can control when It happens. When I was your age It happened even when I wasn't trying. People thought I was crazy. Sometimes. But now when I'm sitting in the car alone waiting for my boyfriend to come out I can block everything out even thoughts. Its like slipping into a black hole. Sometimes when I come back to reality it feels like I need to take a big deep breath like I forgot to breathe. I think you should talk to your doctor and I think I should too. But I'm still alive after about 25 years of being able to do it so I'm sure were fine. Ill keep watch for answers. Sorry my response wasn't much of an answer but if I find any ill let you know.
