Am I a horrible daughter?

Question - (4 September 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 4 September 2009)
A female United States age 26-29, *isforacting writes:

My mother is insane. She has some serious problems and feels the need to take it out on everyone around her. She is cruel and won't listen to anything I say.

She recently screamed in my face as we were driving because I told her some of my friends want to drink. And I was thinking about sex. I never said I was going to, but she said she knew I wanted to. She ignored everything I said and grounded me. She drove me home, but then demanded I go to the supermarket to help her with groceries.

After she said how about Chinese food? We wnet and she said, "You actually want Chinese food after your outburst."

I made my own dinner and didn't say a word. This of course didn't please her. She yelled at me for not speaking and said I was out of line.

I'm growing out fast and I have no one in the world to talk to with my beat friend out of the country right now. What should I do?

Am I being a horrible daughter?
