I only get to see him once a week and we talk for hours during the week, but sometimes I feel that it would be good if we just spoke or did something else once in a while(not saying that i want to stop) What should ?  Try talking to your boyfriend about your concerns. He might not even realize that it bothers you because you haven't said anything. If he truly cares for you, then he will be receptive to any suggestions that you might have of activities you could do in lieu of, or in addition to, sex. I have a feeling that he does care because you spend many hours talking on the phone during the times that you can't see each other. It's not like he just ignores you all week up until the point when you meet up and have sex!
Having sex everytime you see each other is not necessarily a bad thing (it means that you both have a healthy sex drive and are attracted to each other!), but it should not be all that you do on your day together, either. Have a chat, watch some movies, go out to dinner (or stay in and cook), hook up with some mutual friends and go out as a group... there are many possibilities of things that you could do to make your time together even more meaningful and exciting.
